An error compensation method based on back EMF observer and phase-locked loop( PLL) is proposed to solve the problem of angle error of the low resolution hall sensor. According to the principle of hall sensor detection, the reason of the error of the electrical angle and the error of the algorithm is analyzed. The angle error is recon-structed by using the back EMF observer,and the phase error is calculated by using the phase locked loop,and the estimated position of the hall sensor is compensated. The experiment was performed at the 48 V BLDCM,by comparing the result of compensated electric angle and phase current,it proves that this method can improve the hall sensor angle effectively,improve the current response,suppress the torque ripple,and achieve high performance control.%針對無刷直流電機采用低分辨率霍爾傳感器進行轉子位置估計存在角度誤差問題,提出基于反電勢觀測器和鎖相環(huán)的誤差補償方法.根據(jù)霍爾傳感器測量電角度原理,分析電角度固有安裝誤差和算法估算誤差的原因,提出了結合反電勢觀測器重構角度誤差,采用鎖相環(huán)進行相位計算,實現(xiàn)對電角度誤差進行補償.在48V無刷直流電機上進行實驗,通過對補償后電角度和相電流響應比較,證明新方法能夠有效的改善霍爾傳感器角度誤差問題,改善電流響應,實現(xiàn)對轉矩脈動的抑制,能獲得高效控制性能.
