摘要

To offer support for relevant studies by elaborating the concept and operational mechanism of industrial Product Service System（iPSS）,the current research of iPSS was summarized.Besides,the concept and execution logic of iPSS were defined in detail.The iPSS was classified according to contributions of service to production capacity generation.iPSS and its similar concepts were discriminated from the perspectives of service object,location,mode,etc.The key techniques,including iPSS operation mode and process modeling,iPSS production capacity modeling,and iPSS service value-added analysis were presented.The function as well as interrelationships of each technique were also analyzed.Furthermore,the current research on these key techniques were described,and future research trend was discussed.%為闡明工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的概念內(nèi)涵與運(yùn)行機(jī)制,為相關(guān)研究提供支持,對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)及其研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的概念及其執(zhí)行邏輯進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)定義;以服務(wù)對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)能力產(chǎn)生的貢獻(xiàn)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分類;從服務(wù)對(duì)象、地點(diǎn)、方式等角度對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)與其相近概念進(jìn)行了辨析。提出了工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)———工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作模式與過程建模、工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)能力建模以及工業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值分析,分析了各關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的作用及其相互關(guān)系,描述了該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀,并探討了該系統(tǒng)的未來研究方向。
