不同體積分?jǐn)?shù)羰基鐵粉對(duì)磁流變液性能的影響

     

摘要

以羰基鐵粉為磁性顆粒,二甲基硅油為載液,十二烷基硫酸鈉為表面活性劑,納米SiO2和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮為添加劑,通過(guò)攪拌分散的方法制備出4份不同體積分?jǐn)?shù)的羰基鐵粉的磁流變液.通過(guò)自然沉降觀測(cè)法和 MCR-301模塊化智能型流變儀檢測(cè)磁流變液的沉降穩(wěn)定性、零場(chǎng)黏度和磁流變性能.結(jié)果表明:鐵粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為35%的磁流變液具有最低的沉降率、為8.6%,有最大的剪切應(yīng)力、為31.33 kPa,但零場(chǎng)黏度也相對(duì)較大、為4.4 Pa??s,靜置2個(gè)月后沒(méi)有板結(jié);而鐵粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%的磁流變液具有最高的沉降率、為17??7%,最低的零場(chǎng)黏度、為0.8P a??s,最小的剪切應(yīng)力、為7.48 kPa,靜置2個(gè)月后輕微板結(jié),輕微攪拌后又重新分散于載液中.在工程應(yīng)用方面,鐵粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)較大的磁流變液使用效果相對(duì)較好.%Taking carboxyl iron powders as magnetic particles,dimethyl silicon oil as carrier fluid and dodecyl-Na2 SO4 as surfactant,the nano-SiO2 and polyvinylpyrrolidone as additive,the four magneto-rheological fluids with different volume fraction of carboxyl iron powders were preparaed by the stir dispersion method.The sedimentation stability,zero-field viscosity and rheological properties of the four magneto-rheological fluids were tested and analyzed by the natural observation method and MCR-301 rotational rheometer.The results indicate that MR fluid which volume fraction of iron powder is 35% has the lowest sedimentation ratio which is 8.6%,and has the largest shear stress which is 31.33 kPa,but its zero-field viscosity is much larger than others,which is 4.4 Pa??s.And it won’t appears harden phenomenon after 2 months’standing.However, MR fluid which volume fraction of iron powder is 20% has the highest sedimentation ratio which is 17.7%,it has the minimal zero-field viscosity which is 0.8 Pa??s and the minimal shear stress which is 7.48 kPa.It will be slightly hardened after 2 months’standing.And it can be re-dispersed in carrier fluid by gentle stir.In the field of engineering,the usage results of MR fluid with larger volume fraction of iron powder will be better.
