微電解法處理壓裂返排液的研究

     

摘要

以川西地區(qū)經(jīng)復(fù)合混凝氧化處理后的壓裂返排液為水樣,進(jìn)行微電解反應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)??疾焯盍虾退谋壤?、反應(yīng)體系的pH值、鐵和碳加量比例、體系反應(yīng)時(shí)間、催化劑等因素對(duì)化學(xué)需氧量去除率的影響,優(yōu)選工藝條件。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,微電解反應(yīng)最優(yōu)條件為Fe/C為4:1,反應(yīng)體系pH值為2,填料/催化劑(cat)為12:1,填料/水為1:2,體系反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3~4h。%In the disposal of fracturing flow-back fluid in West Sichuan oilfield, micro electrolysis has been used as treatment method. In micro electrolysis reaction, the main factors related to chemical oxygen demand (COD) include the ratio of Fe and C, the pH value, the ratio of stuffing and water, the ratio of stuffing and catalyst and the reaction time. A preferable process has been selected by experiments study, and the stwely shows that: the ratio of Fe and C is 4:1 ; the pH value is 2; the ratio of stuffing and water is 1:1 ; the reaction time is 3-4 hour; the ratio of stuffing and catalyst is 12:1.
