采用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用(GC-MS)技術(shù)鑒別檀香紫檀和染料紫檀2種木材,檀香紫檀心材木屑分別在不同處理?xiàng)l件下通過超聲提取,分析GC-MS圖譜.結(jié)果表明最佳條件為:以二氯甲烷為提取溶劑,超聲波功率160 W,超聲提取時間10 min.通過不同陳放時間和不同樣本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的相關(guān)性分析,驗(yàn)證了結(jié)果的可靠性.在此優(yōu)化的試驗(yàn)條件下,通過對檀香紫檀和染料紫檀的GC-MS圖譜的分析與比較,實(shí)現(xiàn)對這2種木材快速微損鑒別.%To distinguish Pterocarpus santalinus from Pterocarpus tinctoricus precisely, heartwood chips of P.santalinus and P.tinctor-icuswere extracted by differet solvents under different levels and durations of ultrasonic power before GC-MS spectrum detection. To-tal ion chromatograms showed that the optimal power and duration of ultrasonic were 160 W and 10 min, with CH2 Cl2 being the opti-mal extraction solvent. Correlation analysis proved that the GC-MS spectrums were not affected by storage time and sample source. Under the optimized experimental condition, P.santalinus and P.tinctoricus were successfully distinguished by GC-MS spectrum with slightest loss.
