摘要

The use of smartcards, as a means of accessing and paying for public transport services, is now emerging as a viable and promising option for operators in the world public transit industry.The advantages of the smartcard technology have contributed to the obvious conveniences and benefits to both passengers and operators, such as faster boarding, lower survey costs, more sufficient information for planning and prevention of fraud, and better ability to expand integrated ticketing than conventional fare payment methods, such as cash and bus passes. This paper reviews some typical smartcard projects in the world and examines the general trends of smartcard applications in the future. Also this review will lead to the further studies on the smartcard applications in China and their comparisons with other countries' so as to make suggestions for the development of smartcards in Chinese public transport.%作為一種公共交通付費(fèi)手段的智能卡技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),對于世界各國公交產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營人來說不但是可行的,而且有著很好的應(yīng)用前景.對于公交乘客和營運(yùn)人來說,公交智能卡的優(yōu)勢已經(jīng)帶來了非常明顯的方便性和好處.與傳統(tǒng)的付費(fèi)方式相比(現(xiàn)金支付和月票卡),使用智能卡有較快的上車時(shí)間,較低的數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查成本,更加充分的規(guī)劃信息,更有效的防止逃票和假票,以及在應(yīng)用綜合收費(fèi)上較好的擴(kuò)展能力.本文回顧了世界上具有代表性的公交智能卡的應(yīng)用,并闡述了今后智能卡的發(fā)展趨勢,同時(shí)通過文獻(xiàn)回顧,今后的工作將對中國公交智能卡與世界其他國家應(yīng)用進(jìn)行比較,以提出對中國公交智能卡發(fā)展的建議.
