摘要

A landfill location method is proposed based on improved AHP and gray correlation model to improve the main deficiencies on influencing factors and expert weights of landfill location. Location influencing factors covering four categories are put forward as transportation conditions, environmental conditions, construction conditions and economic conditions. According to the preliminary investigation, laws, regulation and the Delphi methoc, the location factors are divided into fuzzy value and exact value and different methods are applied to the treatment. The Delphi method, improved AHP and gray correlation model are integrated into complex systems evaluation, and the expert weights are thought carefully over determining the weight of location factors. A case study is introduced to validate this method.%針對衛(wèi)生填埋場選址方法在選址影響因素特性和專家權(quán)重處理方面的不足，提出了基于改進(jìn)層次分析法與灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型的城市固體廢物衛(wèi)生填埋場選址方法。該方法主要特點：根據(jù)前期調(diào)查、法律法規(guī)及德爾菲法提出了涵蓋交通運(yùn)輸條件、環(huán)境保護(hù)條件、建場條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件4類選址影響因素；將選址影響因素分為模糊數(shù)值和精確數(shù)值兩種屬性類別并采用不同方法進(jìn)行處理和綜合評價，并在確定選址影響因素權(quán)重時考慮了專家權(quán)重的不同。通過示例對選址評價模型的應(yīng)用方法進(jìn)行了具體說明，證實了其可行性。
