摘要

大型天文望遠(yuǎn)鏡對(duì)恒星跟蹤時(shí),其跟蹤低速性能要求比較高,要達(dá)到此速度控制精度,需選取合適的編碼器,恒星速度為0.004%,伺服系統(tǒng)速度回路采樣頻率800Hz時(shí),編碼器分辨率為26位才能達(dá)到測(cè)速要求.而國(guó)產(chǎn)絕對(duì)式軸角編碼器的分辨率只能達(dá)到24位,不能滿足系統(tǒng)測(cè)速要求,因此我們采用雷尼紹公司的26位增量式光柵編碼器.由于對(duì)26位編碼器直接測(cè)試存在技術(shù)難度,因此我們采用與絕對(duì)式編碼器進(jìn)行比對(duì)的方式對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行說(shuō)明.通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn),我們斷定其測(cè)速性能優(yōu)于目前國(guó)產(chǎn)的絕對(duì)式編碼器.%The low velocity performance of tracking must be high when telescope tracking star.So we should choice proper encoder.Star's turning velocity is nearly 0.004°/s.When the servo loop's sampling frequency is 800Hz,the encoder's resolution must be 26 bit ,that can meet the velocity measurement's require.But the best absolute encoder made in china is 24 bit,so we use the Renishaw's 26 bit incremental encoder.We havn' t the condition to directly test it's performance,so we can obtain it's performance form comparison and analysis of incremental encoder and absolute encoder.Through the test,we can draw the conclusion that 26 bit incremental encoder have higher perforrnance than 24 bit absolute encoder.
