粉末壓片制樣-X射線熒光光譜法測定鐵礦石中鋅砷錳

     

摘要

應(yīng)用X射線熒光光譜儀測定鐵礦石中的鋅、砷、錳含量,采用粉末壓片法制樣,并研究了制樣的條件,確定了儀器最佳參數(shù),建立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線.經(jīng)國家實(shí)物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鐵礦石樣品驗(yàn)證,測定值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值吻合,三元素的偏差均小于±0.007%;精密度試驗(yàn)表明相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=1O)均小于2.80%.大量實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,壓片制樣-X射線熒光光譜法測定鋅、砷、錳元素的精密度高,準(zhǔn)確可靠.該方法在檢測準(zhǔn)確度和分析速度上可以滿足鋼廠生產(chǎn)要求.%This article presents a new method for determining zinc, arsenic and manganese in iron ore samples using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with pressed-powder pellets. Working curves are established under the best preparation condition for samples and optimum measurement parameters. The results of this method have been compared with the values in the national standard reference for iron ore samples and are consistent with certified values. The relative error of accuracy is ±0. 007% , and the relative standard deviation RSD (n = 10) of the method is less than 2. 80% for all three elements. The reported high precision and accuracy of the experimental results demonstrate that the method is suitable to manufacturing requirements with high accuracy and fast detection.
