A single-stage AC-DC converter based on the boundary conduction mode( BCM )boost circuit and the LLC resonant circuit is proposed in the paper. The input voltage is divided into two parts,each of which forms a BCM boost circuit by sharing one switch of the LLC resonant circuit. Because of the integration,the proposed AC-DC converter is with less components and low cost. At the same time,the boost circuit works in the BCM mode so that the power factor correction function is realized. The integration of the switches does not affect the soft-switching characteristics of the half bridge LLC resonant circuit,so that the converter switching losses is decreased and the converter efficiency is increased. A 100 W prototype is built to prove the analysis,the power factor(PF)is 0. 975,the total harmonic distortion(THD)is 21. 5% satisfying the IEC 63000—3—2 standard, and its efficiency is 90. 8%.%提出一種基于臨界模式Boost電路與LLC諧振電路的單級(jí)交直變換器,由于其通過(guò)輸入分壓與LLC諧振電路的兩個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)管各形成一個(gè)臨界模式的Boost電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)關(guān)管的集成,降低了系統(tǒng)成本。同時(shí)Boost電路工作在臨界模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了功率因數(shù)校正作用,開(kāi)關(guān)管的集成并沒(méi)有改變LLC半橋諧振電路的軟開(kāi)關(guān)特性,降低了變換器中開(kāi)關(guān)元件的損耗,在一定程度上提高了變換器效率。通過(guò)一100 W實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證可知,系統(tǒng)滿(mǎn)載時(shí)功率因數(shù)高達(dá)0.975,總諧波失真( THD)為21.5豫并滿(mǎn)足IEC 63000—3—2的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),效率為90.8豫。
