PURPOSE: A composite apparatus with an illumination and a drying rack functions is provided to prevent a fan cover from being separated from a molding part to the transverse direction of a rotating shaft by slidably connecting the fan cover to the molding. CONSTITUTION: A composite apparatus(1) with an illumination and a drying rack functions is composed of a mainframe(100), a drying rack, and a lifting unit(200). The lifting unit is composed of a drive motor unit(210), a wire(220), a wire winding unit(230), and a guide portion(240). The wire is stretched/contracted according to the rotation of the drive motor unit. According to the operation of the drive motor unit, the wire winding unit is wound or released. The guide portion guides the wire on the wire winding unit from the central area of the side adjacent to one side of the mainframe to the drying rack. The wire is extended along the side adjacent to one side of the mainframe in the direction of the board surface of the mainframe.
