摘要

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and a hot blast heater using a carbon fiber heating element are provided to reduce power consumption by generating the heat of high efficiency using low power.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a carbon fiber heating element(12), an evaporating pipe(10), an evaporated liquid(14), a plurality of heat pipes(16), a plurality of heat-radiating fins(18). The carbon fiber heating element changes the applied electrical energy into the thermal energy. The evaporating pipe comprises a carbon fiber heating element, receives and effuses the heat emitted from the heating element. The evaporated liquid is filled in the evaporating pipe and is volatilized by the heat. The heat pipe is connected to the heat-radiating pipe. The evaporated liquid circulates along the heat pipe. The heat-radiating fin is fixed to the outer surface of the heat pipe to radiate the heat of the heat pipe to the outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
