響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化制備PAC-PDMDAAC雜化絮凝劑及其表征

     

摘要

Polyaluminum chloride (PAC)-poly(dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride) (PDMDAAC), a new type of organic-inorganic hybrid flocculant, was prepared by using KH570 as modifying agent and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The Box-Behnken mathematical relational model between intrinsic viscosity and affecting factors was established, and the technology of preparing PAC-PDMDAAC was optimized. The optimum preparation conditions were: DMDAAC mass fraction 33%, initiator mass fraction 0.6%, reaction temperature 64℃ and reaction time 3 h. Conductivity measurement, FT-IR and TGA showed covalent bond between PAC and PDMDAAC. SEM photos revealed that the PAC-PDMDAAC hybrid flocculant had loose structure and large particle size, which made it easier to play bridging and adsorption roles.%以硅烷偶聯(lián)劑 KH570為改性劑,以過硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,合成了聚合氯化鋁-聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨(PAC-PDMDAAC)雜化絮凝劑。采用響應(yīng)面分析法通過建立特征黏度與各因素之間的Box-Behnken數(shù)學(xué)模型,對雜化PAC-PDMDAAC的制備工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最優(yōu)制備條件為:DMDAAC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為33%,引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.6%,反應(yīng)溫度為64℃,反應(yīng)時間為3 h。電導(dǎo)測試、傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)及熱重分析(TGA)結(jié)果表明PAC-PDMDAAC 雜化產(chǎn)物的有機(jī)-無機(jī)組分間以共價鍵形式鍵合,性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定;掃描電鏡(SEM)照片顯示其結(jié)構(gòu)疏松,粒度較大,更易發(fā)揮吸附架橋作用。
