Due to high TP of bean-processing wastewater, the traditional calcium method for removing phosphorus was improved. Effect of adding amount and ratio of different calcium ion reagents on phosphorus content and pH value of treated wastewater was investigated. In modified calcium method (using Ca(OH)2and CaCO3together), by changing the ratio of two calcium ion reagents, the process parameters that can make the pH value of treated wastewater meet the emission requirement and improve the settling performance were determined as follows: for bean-processing wastewater with 51.21 mg/L TP and initial pH =6.5, 0.5 mL Ca(OH)2solution with concentration of 5% was added, the reaction time was 10 min, and then 2.5 mL saturated solution of CaCO3was added, the reaction time was also 10 min, finally mixed flocculant was added, the phosphorus removal rate after static settlement reached 99.01%, the final pH was 8.43.%針對豆制品廢水磷含量高的特點,提出對傳統(tǒng)鈣法的改良.實驗探討了不同含鈣離子試劑的投加量和投加比,對處理出水磷含量和pH值的影響.改良鈣法(即聯(lián)合Ca(OH)2和CaCO3),通過控制兩種試劑的投加比等試驗找到使得豆制品廢水的出水 pH 值在允許的排放范圍內(nèi)、改善沉降性能的工藝參數(shù):在 pH 值為6.5且磷度為15.21 mg/L的豆制品廢水情況下,投加0.5 mL 濃度為5%石灰溶液投,反應10 min后,再投加2.5 mL 飽和碳酸鈣溶液,反應10 min.添加混絮凝劑,靜置沉淀后上清液的磷去除率可達99.01%,此時出水pH值為8.43,符合排放標準.
