Aesthetic education not only exists in the classroom,but also in the urban living environment.The development of this environmental aesthetic education function is often accompanied by the development and change of urban landscape.Urban agricultural landscape is an organic part of modern urban landscape.It is different from machines or buildings in general urban production and life.Its local aesthetic value should be fully recognized and excavated.This is mainly reflected in the beauty of traditional agricultural skills,agricultural landscapes,and agricultural activities.At the same time,according to the different ways of interaction between people and the environment(ways of receiving aesthetic education),the development mode of vernacular aesthetic education of urban agricultural landscape can be divided into three:viewing mode,short-time contact,and long-time immersion.

The traditional K-singular value decomposition(K-SVD)algorithm has poor imagedenoising performance under strong noise.An image-denoising algorithm is proposed based on improved K-SVD and dictionary atom optimization.First,a correlation coefficient-matching criterion is used to obtain a sparser representation of the image dictionary.The dictionary noise atom is detected according to structural complexity and noise intensity and removed to optimize the dictionary.Then,non-local regularity is incorporated into the denoising model to further improve image-denoising performance.Results of the simulated dictionary recovery problem and application on a transmission line dataset show that the proposed algorithm improves the smoothness of homogeneous regions while retaining details such as texture and edge.

Dear Editor,We would like to share ideas on“Comparison of in-vial exhaust method versus conventional exhaust method in the injection of COVID-19 vaccine.”[1]Xu et al.[1]concluded that“Implementing the in-vial exhaust method in the vaccine injection can effectively reduce the incidence of solution spillage,reduce nucleic acid contamination,and ensure that the vaccine is injected at the prescribed dose and application value.[1]”We agree that in-vial method might be appropriate for injection of vaccine.However,an important factor for the success of any method is experience of practitioner.Attempt to reduce vaccine waste is good but we should concern on the possible contamination as well.Whether the in-vial exhaustion can result in a contamination or not is an issue for further investigation.Finally,quantitation accuracy is another important topic.How the two different techniques relate to syringe dead space is an interesting issue for further study.[2]

Objective:To explore the clinical value of kyphoplasty and conservative treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:40 patients with Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture from May 2019 to November 2021 were selected.The control group was treated with conservative treatment and the experimental group was treated with kyphoplasty.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher total effective rate(95.00%),better recovery of Cobb Angle and vertebral height,and higher quality of life score.The data was more meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,the application of kyphoplasty can improve the treatment effect,accelerate the recovery of vertebral body function and enhance the quality of life,which is worthy of popularization.

In quantifying the benefits of compost amendments to soils for agricultural and urban use in terms of water conservation, there are many difficulties in conveying “value” of water due to the many different aspects of value to individuals and organizations. Perhaps the most universal metric for value is through the net monetary impact of water. Therefore, it is necessary to quantify the benefits by placing a dollar value on the amount of water conserved by amending soils with compost. In most of the literature, the value of water is rarely defined, and when it is the value presented is actually the “cost” of water production or reclamation. However, to truly understand the impacts of water conservation, a fuller vision of the value of water is needed beyond the costs of water. In this paper, the value of water is developed for the Rapid City, South Dakota area. With a value of water established, the benefits of soil compost amendments are calculated by evaluating the reduction of irrigation water needed for comparable crops and the value of the conserved water. In developing a value of water for Rapid City, South Dakota, the direct costs for water production are compared with the retail value of water and the economic activity enabled by a water supply. The average cost of water production for South Dakota cities averaged $0.004 per gallon ($0.001/Liter). The analysis of retail value and economic impact showed that water is valued at $0.71 per gallon ($0.19/Liter) for Rapid City and nine other South Dakota communities when calculated using the community’s retail sales records and economic reports. Efforts to find similar findings for the US were not found. With the value of water established for Rapid City and other South Dakota communities, the value benefits of compost amendments on water conservation are shown in direct monetary terms.

Carbon dioxide(CO_(2) ) capture and conversion is the key route for the mitigation of the greenhouse effect and utilization of carbon sources to obtain value-added products or fuels.Much attention is paid to the development of novel materials with high CO_(2) adsorption capacity and conversion rate.MXene is the graphene-like two-dimensional metal carbide/nitride/carbonitride owning favorable structure,morphology,high surface-bulk ratio,and physicochemical properties.Here,we review the CO_(2) capture,sensing,and conversion by MXene and MXene-based materials.Furthermore,the underlying mechanism involved the capture,sensing,and conversion of CO_(2) is summarized.This review would open a new horizon for CO_(2) valorization with high efficiency and promising widespread applications.

In recent years,with increasingly abundant materials,the materialistic values are becoming more and more common in modern times.Some studies also revealed the relationship between materialism and self-enhancement values.Based on existing studies,this paper sorted out the relationship between materialism and self-transcendence values.Based on this,it came up with some new research directions and methods to improve the self-transcendence behavior of materialists,including using moral compensation to achieve the transformation from self-enhancement to self-transcendence,and using empathy to achieve the transformation from self-enhancement to self-transcendence.

One of the hallmarks of human society is the ubiquitous interactions among individuals.Indeed,a significant portion of human daily routine decision making is socially related.Normative economic theory,namely game theory,has prescribed the canonical decision strategy when"rational"social agents have full information about the decision environment.In reality,however,social decision is often influenced by the trait and state parameters of selves and others.Therefore,understanding the cognitive and neural processes of inferring the decision parameters is pivotal for social decision making.Recently,both correlational and causal non-invasive neuroimaging studies have started to reveal the critical neural computations underlying social learning and decision-making,and highlighted the unique roles of"social"brain structures such as temporal-parietal junction(TPJ)and dorsomedial prefrontal cortex(dmPFC).Here we review recent advances in social decision neuroscience and maintain the focus on how the inference about others is dynamically acquired during social learning,as well as how the prosocial(altruistic)behavior results from orchestrated interactions of different brain regions specified under the social utility framework.We conclude by emphasizing the importance of combining computational decision theory with the identification of neural mechanisms that represent,evaluate and integrate value related social information and generate decision variables guiding behavioral output in the complex social environment.

本發(fā)明涉及獸醫(yī)生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,尤其涉及一種豬輪狀病毒重組蛋白以及表達(dá)該蛋白的重組腺病毒和應(yīng)用。所述所述重組蛋白由豬輪狀病毒5型VP7蛋白和豬輪狀病毒9型VP8蛋白連接組成,具體包括如SEQ ID NO:1所示的氨基酸序列。本發(fā)明將豬輪狀病毒5型VP7蛋白和豬輪狀病毒9型VP8蛋白的編碼基因的基因序列構(gòu)建至腺病毒表達(dá)載體中,并進(jìn)行密碼子優(yōu)化,制備得到針對豬輪狀病毒的重組腺病毒,該重組腺病毒表達(dá)的目的蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能與天然狀態(tài)完全一致,具有較高的安全性和免疫原性。
