摘要： In this paper,by deriving an inequality involving the generating function of the Bernoulli numbers,the author introduces a new ratio of finitely many gamma functions,finds complete monotonicity of the second logarithmic derivative of the ratio,and simply reviews the complete monotonicity of several linear combinations of finitely many digamma or trigamma functions.

摘要： Burkina Faso conducted a community selection of the indigent in eight health districts. The selection targeted 15% to 20% indigent per district. This study analyzed the data of this selection from the databases of the Ministry of Health. Descriptive analysis and time series modeling were performed. Indigents were predominantly female, heads of household were mostly elderly, and the average age of household members ranged from 21.9 to 29.8 years. The households were small. Indigents were mostly uneducated and employed. They all belonged to a given religious denomination, Muslims were the most numerous. The majority of the indigents were married and almost a quarter of them were widows. About 2% to 17% of indigents were selected depending on the district. Forecasts showed both an increase and a decrease in the use of health care by indigents. The study recommends considering the poverty level specific to each district when selecting, strengthening education policies targeting the indigent, improving the socio-health conditions of the indigent including specific actions considering age, sex and marital status, and the formulation of an employment policy targeting the indigent. Analyzes of the relationship between poverty and religion may allow the exploitation of religious capital for the benefit of the indigent.

摘要： Introduction Anxiety and depressive disorders pose significant public health issues across the world.Depression and other depressive disorders are mental illnesses characterised by a profound and persistent feeling of sadness or despair and a loss of interest in formerly pleasurable activities.Disturbances in sleep,appetite and cognitive processes are common symptoms.Globally,5%of adults are estimated to suffer from the disorder.1 Anxiety disorder is a chronic condition characterised by excessive and persistent apprehension,with physical symptoms such as sweating,palpitations,feelings of stress and increased blood pressure.

摘要： In 2015,all United Nations(UN)member states adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development which provided a universal blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet,both now and in the future.At the heart of the agenda are 17 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)representing an urgent call for action from all countries as part of a global partnership.They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education,reduce inequality,and spur economic growth—all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our environment.

摘要： Abstract:This paper was conducted to investigate the significance of non governmental organisations(NGOs)in Singapore and address the hypothesis on how“NGOs can help to alleviate the existing social inequality in Singapore”.From previous research papers,the difference between the role of government and the society was not explicitly addressed.To achieve these objectives and improve from previous work,data on NGOs was collected using these 3 methods:government documents,web search,and survey responses.The findings demonstrated the key characteristics of NGOs that set them apart from government initiatives,proving that NGOs can help to fill up the gaps in current government policies and alleviate social inequality.

摘要： Operator h-preinvex functions are introduced and a refinement of HermiteHadamard type inequalities for such functions is established. Results proved in this paper are more general and some known results are special cases.
