摘要： The annual gatherings of China’s top legislature–the National People’s Congress(NPC),and political consultative body–the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC),widely known as the Two Sessions,are very important political events in China,and inevitably always draw both domestic and global attention.Lasting for roughly one week in early March,the 2022 Two Sessions gathered together nearly 3,000 lawmakers and around 2,000 political advisers to perform their duties,deliberating on a range of legislative items,reviewing and discussing a series of work reports,and putting forward proposals related to all walks of life,striving to reach a common ground with the convergence of interests of the Chinese people.

摘要： [Objectives]This study was conducted to analyze and study the growth and development of muscle fibers at different stages,so as to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research on developmental biology and nutritional regulation.[Methods]The body weights of black goat lambs in groups at different month age(0-6 months old)were recorded,and the diameter,area and number of muscle fibers were measured by tissue section and hematoxylin-eosin staining.The curves of body weight and muscle fiber growth and development of black goat lambs were drawn.[Results]The black goat lambs maintained a high absolute growth intensity of 2.95-4.35 kg/30 d throughout the rearing cycle,and the body weight continued to increase significantly,while the relative growth coefficient decreased from 93.05%at the age of 30 d to 13.83%at the age of 180 d.The diameter and area of muscle fibers in black goat lambs showed obvious"three-stage"growth and development characteristics,and showed different trends of gender advantages in different stages.[Conclusions]This study will help to further optimize the key supporting technologies for production and promote the diversified and comprehensive development of the mutton sheep industry in Sichuan Province.

摘要： 基于Laws紋理特征的抗蛇形減震器漏油檢測方法及系統(tǒng)，屬于軌道車輛圖像處理領域，本發(fā)明為解決采用傳統(tǒng)的圖像分割方法對列車底部的抗蛇形減震器進行故障檢測存在算法魯棒性較低、檢測效率低的問題。本發(fā)明方法包括以下步驟：步驟一、采集過車圖像，并截取抗蛇形減震器子圖作為原始圖像并預處理；步驟二、基于圖像熵的閾值分割算法初定位抗蛇形減震器原始圖像中的油漬區(qū)域；步驟三、基于隨機Hough變換算法定位抗蛇形減震器位置，將抗蛇形減震器區(qū)域外的陰影區(qū)域去除，得到初步分離后的油漬區(qū)域圖像；步驟四、基于小波變換的Laws紋理測度算法進一步將抗蛇形減震器區(qū)域內的油漬區(qū)域和陰影區(qū)域分離，最終確定油漬位置，完成抗蛇形減震器漏油檢測。

摘要： 本發(fā)明公開了基于Power?Law檢測器的磁性異常信號檢測方法，涉及磁性目標檢測領域，包括以下步驟：通過磁傳感器采集目標磁場；構建磁偶極子模型，磁偶極子模型用于作為目標磁場模型提取磁偶極子場，經過離散傅里葉變換后，獲取不存在磁異常信號的第一指數分布和存在磁異常信號的第二指數分布；根據第一指數分布和第二指數分布，獲取對時域磁信號序列進行離散傅里葉變換后的數據點幅度的平方值；構建用于檢測磁異常信號的Power?Law檢測器的表達式，根據平方值進行表達式變換，獲取新的Power?Law檢測器，用于檢測高斯磁背景噪聲下的目標磁異常信號；本發(fā)明為磁性目標異常信號檢測技術領域提供了新的技術思路。

摘要： 本發(fā)明提供一種Na7H2LaW10O36/磺化聚芳醚酮砜復合型質子交換膜的制備方法及其在燃料電池方面的應用研究，屬于高分子化學和質子交換膜領域，用于解決質子傳導膜傳導率低的問題。該復合型質子交換膜按重量百分比包括如下組分：含有Na7H2LaW10O36：3%?10%；含有磺化聚芳醚酮砜聚合物：90%?97%。其制備過程包括：常溫法合成Na7H2LaW10O36，Na7H2LaW10O36和磺化聚芳醚酮砜溶于NMP中得到鑄膜液，滴到干凈的玻璃板上烘干得到雜化膜。本發(fā)明的復合型質子交換膜，當Na7H2LaW10O36的摻雜量為7%，溫度為80oC時的質子傳導率為64 mS/cm。該雜化膜平均厚度33μm。

摘要： 本發(fā)明提供一種基于Laws紋理與單分類SVM結合的素色布匹缺陷檢測方法，采用線陣相機對運動中的布匹進行圖像采集，對采集的布匹圖像進行預處理；構造單分類SVM將非線性的訓練數據映射到高維特征空間，在高維特征空間中構造出最優(yōu)分離函數；利用采集的標準無缺陷布匹圖像樣本輸入到單分類SVM，通過Laws紋理特征提取方法進行特征提取，并對提取的特征量進行訓練；將現場采集的布匹圖像進行預處理，輸入單分類SVM，判別是否存在缺陷；若有缺陷，對判斷后的圖像進行局部二值化閾值分割以及形態(tài)學處理，最后得出檢測結果。本發(fā)明提高了布匹缺陷的檢測效率，降低成本以及減少對樣本數量的需求。

摘要： 本發(fā)明使用了一種基于Laws紋理濾波的熒光磁粉缺陷自動識別方法，可用于鐵磁性器件表面以及近表面的裂紋缺陷檢測，同時解決了在實際圖像采集過程中金屬表面反光的問題。具體實現通過模板計算局部紋理能量信息可獲得灰度變化的信息得到特征圖像,對得到的7通道特征圖像進行濾波后將其放入高斯混合模型中進行分類識別，分類后得到正常區(qū)域，對于待檢測的磁痕圖像使用區(qū)域相減得到缺陷區(qū)域這時可對其缺陷進行像素統(tǒng)計，若缺陷區(qū)域像素數高于某一閾值則認為該工件為不良品。與目前使用的人工識別磁痕缺陷相比，提高了檢測效率。而且減少了熒光磁粉檢測對人體尤其是對人眼帶來的傷害。同時檢測設備的自動化程度大大提高。

摘要： 本發(fā)明提供了一種通用A－Law格式語音識別方法，該方法包含以下步驟：從原始的A－Law格式的語音文件中產生含有所有語音的語音特征量的語音模板，然后加載語音模板；檢測待識別語音流的語音起、止點，提取起止點之間語音的語音特征量；比較所述的待識別語音流的語音特征量和所述的語音模板的語音特征量，進行語音拆分和識別，從而得到識別結果。采用本發(fā)明所述的技術方案，具有語音識別快速準確，成本適當，占用資源小，使用靈活方便等優(yōu)點，可以普遍適用于語音被限定在有限范圍內、對價格敏感、有性能要求的交換和非交換領域。
