以蛋白質(zhì)回收率、總糖透過率、異黃酮透過率和超濾膜通量為評價指標(biāo),采用絮凝-超濾聯(lián)用的技術(shù)初步分離廢水中的蛋白質(zhì)、低聚糖和異黃酮.最佳試驗條件為用0.3 mg/mL殼聚糖對廢水進行絮凝處理,并用10 kDa的聚醚砜膜進行超濾處理.蛋白質(zhì)回收率達(dá)到76.1%,總糖透過率達(dá)到76.0%,異黃酮透過率達(dá)到77.2%,平均膜通量18.9~20.0 L/(m2·h).絮凝-超濾后蛋白質(zhì)含量為50.7%.%With protein recovery rate, total sugar transmission rate, soybean isoflavone transmission rate and ultrafiltration membrane flux as evaluation indexes, flocculation and ultrafi ltration were preliminarily used to separate protein, oligosaccharides and isofl avone in bean products wastewater. The optimum conditions were as follows: 0.3 mg/mL chitosan was used in flocculation, while 10 kDa polyether sulfone membrane was used in ultrafiltration. Protein recovery rate reached 76.1%, total sugar transmission rate reached 76.0%, soybean isoflavone transmission rate reached 77.2%, and the average fl ux was 18.9-20.0 L/(m2·h). The purity of the protein after fl occulation and ultrafi ltration was 50.7%.
