摘要:
五軸數(shù)控機床刀具與工件接觸點(切削點)相對位置不變的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動控制稱為RTCP(Rotated Tool Centre Point),該功能對五軸數(shù)控機床曲面加工精度具有重要影響.為了提高五軸數(shù)控機床RTCP精度,分析了五軸數(shù)控機床RTCP運動過程中旋轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)誤差與刀尖點誤差關(guān)系,建立了刀尖點誤差與旋轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)誤差映射模型,根據(jù)刀尖點誤差數(shù)據(jù)建立了旋轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)誤差辨識方程組,通過矩陣最小二乘實現(xiàn)五軸數(shù)控機床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)誤差求解,用于五軸數(shù)控機床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)誤差補償.結(jié)果表明:該誤差辨識模型可準確計算出旋轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)誤差,提高了旋轉(zhuǎn)軸幾何誤差檢測效率和精度,對提升數(shù)五軸控機床加工精度具有重要的意義.

闡述五軸機床的RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol)和非RTCP功能原理,研究雙轉(zhuǎn)臺五軸機床的編程及加工機制.通過實驗研究五軸RTCP及非RTCP后處理關(guān)鍵參數(shù)定制方法,使用NX后處理構(gòu)造器建立后處理程序.利用Ver-icut平臺進行零件仿真加工,分析和比較加工結(jié)果,驗證所提出的后處理器的正確性.研究結(jié)果為相關(guān)從業(yè)人員提供參考.

In this paper,the cause of the nonlinear error of the five-axis CNC machine is analyzed,the principle of RTCP (Rotation Tool Center Point) algorithm to reduce the nonlinear error is explained.Besides,a new RTCP compensation algorithm is proposed based on the modeling of C-A machine structure.Meanwhile,for the particularity of the embedded CNC system,the implementation method of RTCP function in the dual-kernel embedded CNC system is designed.Finally,the validity of RTCP algorithm is proved by the simulation on MATIAB.%分析了五軸數(shù)控機床非線性誤差產(chǎn)生的原因,闡述了RTCP減小非線性誤差的算法原理,基于C-A型雙擺頭機床結(jié)構(gòu)建模并給出了一種RTCP補償算法.針對嵌入式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的特殊性,合理設(shè)計了在雙核架構(gòu)嵌入式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)中RTCP功能的實現(xiàn)方法.最后,在MATLAB中仿真驗證了RTCP算法對于減小非線性誤差的有效性.
