傳統(tǒng)的CDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)多采用專門的語音通信協(xié)議,無法直接與地面電話系統(tǒng)PSTN實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)互通.針對(duì)這一問題,設(shè)計(jì)一種基于VoIP的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能測試.測試結(jié)果表明,基于VoIP的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)CDMA衛(wèi)星專網(wǎng)與PSTN之間的語音互通,極大地方便了衛(wèi)星通信網(wǎng)的落地和網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)展.互聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)系統(tǒng)可用于軍事通信、應(yīng)急和救災(zāi)等領(lǐng)域.%Conventional CDMA satellite communication systems usually adopt specified voice protocols, so the direct interconnection of a CDMA satellite system and PSTN can not be realized. To solve this problem, an interconnection gateway based on VoIP is developed. Test results show that the voice communication between CDMA satellite systems and PSTN can be realized by using this gateway. The designed gateway can provide great convenience for satellite systems to connect with the terrestrial communication systems and extend the network. The gateway can be applied in military communication and emergency communication.

隨著IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展及普及,IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛.Voice over IP(VoIP)技術(shù)是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一種新技術(shù).由于它是利用IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的語音傳輸,具有所需帶寬小、資源利用率高、成本低廉等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此在全球得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,在我國也得到大范圍的推廣應(yīng)用.該技術(shù)不僅可以在廣域網(wǎng)上應(yīng)用,對(duì)于已有的企業(yè)局域網(wǎng)用戶來講,也可以利用它來實(shí)現(xiàn)PC到PC的電話,這將充分利用現(xiàn)有資源,達(dá)到節(jié)約資金的目的.研究VoIP的具體應(yīng)用,以實(shí)現(xiàn)語音信號(hào)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的傳輸,促進(jìn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的利用,降低了語音業(yè)務(wù)的成本.對(duì)相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抓包,分析SIP注冊(cè)原理及故障診斷,語音處理分析及帶寬評(píng)估,并對(duì)校園網(wǎng)進(jìn)行VoIP部署設(shè)計(jì).
