摘要:
組織的彈性系數(shù)對于組織的醫(yī)學(xué)診斷有著重要的參考價值.通常,彈性系數(shù)是通過測量組織在外力作用下的振動位移來獲得,因此,組織振動位移的計(jì)算變得尤為重要.文章采用時延估計(jì)(time delay estimation,TDE)對組織振動前后的超聲射頻(radio frequency,RF)信號采用歸一化互相關(guān)(normalized cross correlation,NCC)進(jìn)行匹配分析,振動前后的參考信號和對比信號以一定的長度分解成多個窗口,組織振動使得回波信號沿時間軸發(fā)生了移動,將對比信號的窗口以一定的搜索范圍進(jìn)行移動,計(jì)算出對應(yīng)的歸一化互相關(guān)值,獲得信號之間的時延值,從而得到組織的振動位移.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,該方法計(jì)算出組織的振動位移值基本符合真實(shí)值,用于組織振動位移估計(jì)是可行的.%Tissue elasticity has important significance for clinic diagnosis.Generally,tissue elasticity is obtained from measuring vibration displacement of tissue which is under external force.Therefore,the measurement of tissue vibration displacement is very important.In this paper,one of TDE(Time Delay Estimation) estimators,normalized cross-correlation (NCC),was used to estimate the soft tissue time delay.Usually,signal was divided into many windows,and then NCC was adopted to calculate the matching of window between reference and delayed signal.The maximum value of the cross correlation denotes the time delay of the signals,and the tissue vibration displacement was obtained.The experimental result shows that the proposed method is feasible to estimate the tissue vibration displacement which is basically consistent with the real value.
