To study the chemical constituents ofFilipendula intermedia (Glehn) Juzep.The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral data.Eight compounds were isolated and identified as Kaempferol(compound 1),Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (compound 2),Kaempferitrin(compound 3),Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (compound 4),Quercetin(compound 5),Isoquercitrin(eompound 6),β-sitosterol (compound 7),Daucosterol (compound 8).Compound 3 and 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time,Compound 1,2,5,6,7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.%研究翻白蚊子草的化學(xué)成分.采用多種柱色譜技術(shù)進(jìn)行分離、純化,根據(jù)化合物的理化性質(zhì)和波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)果分離鑒定了8個化合物,分別是山柰酚(Kaempferol,1)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,2)、山柰苷(Kaempferitrin,3)、山柰酚-3-0-蕓香糖苷(Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,4)、槲皮素(Quercetin,5)、異槲皮苷(Isoquercitrin,6)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,7)、胡蘿卜苷(Daucosterol,8).化合物3、4為首次從蚊子草屬植物中分離得到,化合物1、2、5、6、7、8為首次從翻白蚊子草中分離得到.
