    • 摘要: 分析表明,在芯片設(shè)計(jì)中,不斷增加的設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜性使得項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付變得越來(lái)越困難,對(duì)芯片驗(yàn)證提出越來(lái)越高的要求,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)RTL漏洞太晚,或者修改這個(gè)漏洞的成本太高,會(huì)導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目延誤或芯片功能缺失。特別是SoC系統(tǒng)性能驗(yàn)證,需要花費(fèi)更多的時(shí)間和精力。闡述基于一款集成了ARM和DSP核等IP的多媒體處理SoC芯片,對(duì)比了兩種傳統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)性能檢查方法:手動(dòng)波形檢查和使用VCS性能分析儀檢查。但這兩種方法都是手動(dòng)檢查,耗時(shí)和浪費(fèi)寶貴的仿真資源,且不能自動(dòng)生成數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告。因此本文提出了一種創(chuàng)新的方法,構(gòu)建了一套全新的系統(tǒng)性能檢查環(huán)境,通過(guò)在AMBA/OCP NOC的每個(gè)端口上連接VIP,監(jiān)測(cè)端口的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸并記錄輸出到性能分析板中,并使用腳本自動(dòng)計(jì)算出系統(tǒng)性能數(shù)值。通過(guò)這種創(chuàng)新方法,能顯著的加快SoC驗(yàn)證中的系統(tǒng)性能驗(yàn)證,并可以進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性能回歸驗(yàn)證,在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中取得了很好效果,且這種方法可以很容易地移植到其他SoC項(xiàng)目中。

    • 摘要: 鋰電池組的SOC估算是純電動(dòng)汽車剩余里程估計(jì)與能量管理的基礎(chǔ),也是電池管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)工作??柭鼮V波算法便于實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)估計(jì)、能更好地適應(yīng)電動(dòng)汽車劇烈變化的工況而被廣泛使用。為獲得基于卡爾曼濾波算法的鋰電池組SOC估算的影響因素,文章以磷酸鐵鋰電池組為研究對(duì)象,建立鋰電池組的PNGV狀態(tài)空間模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了EKF算法和UKF算法。在ADVISOR工況放電數(shù)據(jù)下,分別估算了鋰電池組的SOC,分析了影響鋰電池組濾波器濾波性能的因素。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,卡爾曼濾波算法相關(guān)參數(shù)初值的選擇對(duì)SOC估算精度產(chǎn)生了重要影響。

    • 摘要: Background: Our previous research concerned the relation between Sense of Coherence, workplace stress, and burnout for nurses in their first three years of work. We found that their psychological state in the first three months on the job was particularly critical to their success and retention. As workplace stress increased over their first three years, their Sense of Coherence declined, and their burnout increased. Follow-up interviews after five years revealed the importance of identifying role models early on and feeling their own growth in the responses of their patients. Based on these findings, in 2015 we instituted a program to improve new nurses’ Sense of Coherence. The present research was to evaluate the effectiveness of this training program. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program in raising Sense of Coherence. Method: From June of 2015 to March of 2017, we surveyed Sense of Coherence of 137 new nurses who completed our training program, comparing them to a cohort of 960 nurses whom we had studied in 2010-11 without such a training program. We analyzed their responses using SPSS Version 24.0, taking a probability of less than 5% to be significant. Results: In terms of Sense of Coherence, the training program improved new nurses’ “comprehensibility” and “manageability” in the first three months, but both dropped to levels comparable to the untrained nurses after six months. There was no significant difference in “meaningfulness”, which dropped over the first year in both groups. Categorized into three groups according to SOC score at the time of employment in the intervention group, 36 participants were classified into the low score group, 41 participants were classified into the medium score group, and 44 participants were classified into the high score group. Then changes in SOC in each group were then compared. In the LOW group, the scores for “comprehensibility”, “manageability”, and “meaningfulness” increased significantly throughout the year, while in the HIGH group, scores decreased significantly. Conclusions: Our training program did raise new nurses’ sense of growth over the first year, and significantly improved their “comprehensibility” and “manageability” over the first three months. However, the fact that their Sense of Coherence dropped to control group levels after six months suggests the need for further intervention to maintain “comprehensibility” and “manageability” over the longer term. In the LOW group, the scores for “comprehensibility”, “manageability”, and “meaningfulness” increased significantly throughout the year, however, the total SOC score for the LOW group remained low throughout the year. Thus, additional support is needed over-and-above the training presented in this study for those nurses with low SOC scores at time of employment.

    • 摘要: 國(guó)產(chǎn)某型號(hào)導(dǎo)航SoC器件采用55 nm商用工藝生產(chǎn)。針對(duì)該型器件的輻射敏感性分析表明其易受單粒子效應(yīng)影響,為此利用重離子加速器完成空間單粒子輻照的地面模擬試驗(yàn),考查器件的單粒子效應(yīng),為其空間應(yīng)用提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。結(jié)果表明:器件抗單粒子鎖定的LET閾值大于81.4 MeV·cm^(2)/mg,滿足空間應(yīng)用指標(biāo)要求;但器件對(duì)單粒子翻轉(zhuǎn)和單粒子功能中斷較為敏感。利用ForeCAST軟件計(jì)算得到GEO、Adams 90%最壞環(huán)境模型,3 mm(Al)屏蔽條件下器件的DFT模式單粒子翻轉(zhuǎn)率為6.80×10^(-8) d^(-1)·bit^(-1),SRAM模式單粒子翻轉(zhuǎn)率為5.61×10^(-11) d^(-1)·bit^(-1),單粒子功能中斷率為5.24×10^(-5) d^(-1),在軌應(yīng)用時(shí)需要采取相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施。

    • 摘要: 隨著光電偵察技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展與更新,人們對(duì)信號(hào)處理單元的計(jì)算能力、傳輸速率、實(shí)時(shí)性都提出了更高的要求。為快速獲取偵察態(tài)勢(shì)信息,進(jìn)一步提高敏感信息的捕獲速度,要求在更短時(shí)間內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)全景圖像的拼接,但采用傳統(tǒng)的“DSP+FPGA”實(shí)現(xiàn)方法難以滿足實(shí)時(shí)性要求。因此,本文在對(duì)全景拼接技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用異構(gòu)SOC的并行計(jì)算特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種高實(shí)時(shí)性的全景拼接。

    • 摘要: 為了解決當(dāng)前多軸運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器技術(shù)存在的靈活性低、多軸同步性較差、開(kāi)發(fā)難度大以及成本較高等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款基于片上系統(tǒng)(SOC)的步進(jìn)電機(jī)多軸運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器。整個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器由上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)兩部分構(gòu)成,上位機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器參數(shù)的設(shè)定與反饋信息的接收;下位機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制算法的規(guī)劃、步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)以及外部限位信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)采集,同時(shí)針對(duì)系統(tǒng)異常等突發(fā)事件,會(huì)自動(dòng)將報(bào)警信息進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ),可供用戶進(jìn)行異常分析。最后,通過(guò)邏輯分析儀和Python對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能指標(biāo)測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,基于SOC的步進(jìn)電機(jī)多軸運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器穩(wěn)定性好、可控性強(qiáng)、同步性高,具有很強(qiáng)的可行性和實(shí)用價(jià)值,對(duì)多軸運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器的發(fā)展具有重要意義。

    • 摘要: 隨著航空領(lǐng)域以及多電飛機(jī)的飛速發(fā)展,對(duì)其電氣系統(tǒng)性能提出更高精度和更高效率的要求,研究航空儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)充配電總體布局以及控制技術(shù)成為研究熱點(diǎn)。本文首先提出儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),分析蓄電池充電的約束條件,然后提出估算蓄電池SOC的方法,最后針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)充電方案存在緩慢效率低等缺點(diǎn),對(duì)航空儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)的充電技術(shù)作出全面分析和總結(jié),并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出合理可靠的高效率快速多階段充電技術(shù)的頂層設(shè)計(jì)。

    • 摘要: 車載動(dòng)力電池高效運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵在于其管理系統(tǒng)的精細(xì)化管理,SOC表示電池的荷電狀態(tài),是表征電池工作狀態(tài)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),需要多參數(shù)進(jìn)行聯(lián)合估算,動(dòng)力電池管理系統(tǒng)需要精準(zhǔn)監(jiān)控動(dòng)力電池的SOC,這是電池充放電控制和溫度控制等的基礎(chǔ)。本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)SOC的測(cè)量方法進(jìn)行分類探討,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出采用直接測(cè)量和簿記復(fù)合法的SOC估算方法,進(jìn)行一系列實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,新的估算方法估計(jì)精度較高,在大放電電流和低溫下的表現(xiàn)更加優(yōu)異。該方法為SOC狀態(tài)估計(jì)提供了一種新的思路,對(duì)實(shí)際動(dòng)力電池管理系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)具有一定的借鑒作用。

    • 摘要: 隨著車輛智能化、網(wǎng)聯(lián)化發(fā)展的不斷深入,儀表作為商用車最主要的顯示和交互平臺(tái),對(duì)其人機(jī)信息交互體驗(yàn),顯示形式的多樣化、個(gè)性化需求越來(lái)越迫切。因此,更加現(xiàn)代化、智能化的全液晶儀表已作為未來(lái)商用車儀表的發(fā)展方向,得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。論文基于NXP IMX6ULL核心板、CANalyst-Ⅱ分析儀、Linux操作系統(tǒng)、QT-Creater軟件等進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)移植、程序設(shè)計(jì),提出了一套商用車全液晶儀表的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)解決方案。該方案易于系統(tǒng)維護(hù)、升級(jí)換代,提升車輛空間科技感和檔次,能夠較好地改善用戶個(gè)性化及交互體驗(yàn)。
